Principal’s Message

June 1st, 2025
This is the last edition of The Eagles’ View for this academic year. It is my pleasure to acknowledge our outstanding students, faculty, staff, and parents of Hunter's Creek Middle School. As your principal, I can't be prouder of all that we have accomplished this year. My heart is full! You will know why as you read all the information included below. Please play close attention to information about Summer BreakSpot, summer OCPS hours, and the summer assignments as you plan for the summer.
As the school year comes to an end, we wanted to extend the greatest of gratitude to our 2024-25 PTSA (just below) for everything they did for the school this year!

In the final 2024-25 edition of the Eagles’ View, you will see that we have been very busy with our end of the year events making sure that all of our Eagles' final 2024-25 middle school days would be an experience to remember forever. We were extremely happy to see so many of our graduating seniors come back to visit HCMS at the SECOND Annual Senior Middle School Reunion. We always tell our students, “Once an Eagle, always an Eagle!” What an amazing sight it is to see our Eagles as successful young men and women leaving high school to pursue higher and technical education, military service, or private sector careers as they continue their lives’ journeys.
Our Evening of Champions awards ceremony took place at Freedom High School. We are so proud of all of the Eagles who received end of year awards! It was a great evening of student recognition, and we are happy to share that this year we had the most Triple Crown honorees with TWENTY!
